Our 6- STEP Training to Placement process



1. Training & Assignments: Here at ZaranTech we offer Outstanding Training from Certified Corporate trainers who have on average 10 yrs of real-time business experience. We provide top notch training material and assignments. The training sessions are highly interactive with lots of hands-on training. Trainees will be given private access to the Training Blog which is used for communicating with the students of batch about latest announcements, posts, material, daily assignments, video recordings and comments from class members and trainers. All software downloads will be provided within the class. Trainer also will provide certification advice after training.



2. Case Study & Real-time project Methodology: Over the last week of a training, your trainer will also work with you on a Case Study and that's based on a real-time project. This will certainly furnish you with an understanding of how things are all done in real-time environment. Trainer get you comfortable with a BA’s roles and responsibilities, activities at a client site. The vision is to get you familiar of the process, real-time. At this time we will also share quite a lot of real-time project documents with you. Around this step you figure out how to focus on a simulated real project, get comfortable with the BA documents and gain confidence to take care of the BA market.



3. Self Study & Resume Preparation: We want you take approximately a week or 10 days and spend 3-4 hrs every day learning in detail the content taught in your class. We'll give you all the Study material, e-books, certification materials for the same. We provide you with guidance in preparing a fantastic resume since your resume is a first thing the client sees and first effect is everything. We're going to send you 60-70 top class sample resumes in the market for guidance. We will have a one-to-one conversation about your resume along with our industry expertise, help you create a great looking resume.



4. Mock Interviews: We will also do several rounds of mocks interviews until you get better to take client interview call. The mock interviews are carried out in two phases - Technical phase and Project phase. Technical phase is where we'll ask you questions about BA concepts and Project phase is where we check your knowledge linked with the projects regarding your Resume. Your trainer, senior consultants and guidance counselors are involved in taking mock interviews.



5. Marketing & Placement: You'll be assigned a one on one access to a recruiter that will work together with you everyday to get you the client interviews. You will have a 24x7 access to your trainer, senior consultants and guidance counselors until you clear an interview. We guarantee to place you in 4 weeks after training. Once you have cleared a client interview and are on our payroll, we're going to refund the full security deposit you have paid us for training after 6 months at the job and payroll with us.



6. On the Job Support: Here at Zarantech provide you with you on-the-job support for 3-4 months absolutely free. You are assigned to a senior consultant, whose job is generally to provide you 24x7 assistance. If you have an issue or simply just would like to know methods to resolve something at a client site, you contact the on-the-job support senior consultant. Our responsibility is not just to help you get an employment but to have you there too.
